The fully enclosed external optical path system, combined with a special mode laser, focuses high-energy pulsed laser onto the surface of the cleaning object. Through principles such as plasma explosion, high-energy pulse-induced vaporization, and complex photochemical reactions, the cleaning is achieved. The effective displacement of the laser beam is controlled to carry out the cleaning process. The entire procedure is controlled by the controller according to a preset program.

Advantages and Disadvantages of Traditional Industrial Cleaning:

  • Mechanical Friction Cleaning Method: High cleanliness, but prone to damaging the substrate.
  • Chemical Corrosion Cleaning Method: Stress-free cleaning, but causes significant pollution.
