Tovonn Technology's intelligent belt sander is designed to be compatible with grinding and polishing robotic arms, intelligent Chiba wheel machines, floating deburring pneumatic tools, and other grinding equipment. It provides a modular peripheral grinding equipment solution, forming an all-in-one grinding automation unit. Leveraging the high precision of robotic arms, it effectively enhances product quality and efficiency.
The central control system of the grinding and polishing robotic arm can detect whether there is a breakage in the belt of the belt sander. It gradually increases the operating speed based on the production conditions input by the user through the human-machine interface, maintaining a stable grinding effect.
To accommodate the grinding of different types of castings, the spacing, distance, hardness, and softness of the rubber wheels on the belt sander can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the castings.
Suitable for grinding and polishing castings of aluminum alloy die-casting, magnesium alloy die-casting, zinc alloy die-casting, iron casting, and copper alloy casting.
