Spray Mechanism for 800T Die Casting Machine
The spray mechanism, equipped with 10 nozzles and paired with die-casting spray robotic arms, allows for automated spraying. It is suitable for the release agent application on 650T, 800T, 1000T, 1250T, and 1800T die-casting machines. Both the fixed mold side and the movable mold side are equipped with 10 nozzles each (8 nozzles arranged horizontally and 2 nozzles arranged vertically), allowing for separate control of the spray in 5 circuits. Each side has 8 stainless steel pipes for individualized air blowing control.
Ideal for use in the release agent spraying operation of the cold chamber aluminum alloy die-casting process.
